Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel memberships, event registrations, and meeting registrations with Surat Lace Association.

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to memberships, event registrations, and meeting registrations purchased through the Surat Lace Association member app, with payments processed via the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. Please read it together with our Refund Policy.

Surat Lace Association may cancel or reschedule an event or meeting due to low participation, unforeseen circumstances, or reasons beyond our control. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, any fee paid for that event will be refunded in line with our Refund Policy. If rescheduled, your existing registration will normally carry over to the new date.
